This is the first of many blog posts about conferences as a library student (and will likely carry into post-graduation.
As an undergraduate student I never participated in any conferences or heavy research outside of one independent study. In my last year of graduate school I have been more and more focused on developing a presence in my field (librarianship) to further my professional career post-graduation.
There is some literature and ample blog posts that discuss conferences from the perspective of an attendee, but few on the roller coaster of finding, applying, and presenting at a variety of conferences.
So I bring you THE CONFERENCE SERIES where I will word vomit all of my thoughts and feelings from the beginning to the end #unfiltered.
